Ordering & Products
We offer original chalk artworks, prints, and select merchandise created by artist Aaron W. Norford. Each piece is crafted using high‑quality porcelain or slate chalkboards using both chalk markers and mixed medium formats.
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but variations are normal with handmade artwork.
Yes. Custom orders and commissioned chalk art are available upon request. Please contact us by filling out the interest form available on the website or contact us directly for availability, pricing, and project details.
Yes. Each original chalk artwork is unique and created by hand. Originals are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Original artworks may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging. Orders for custom chalk art will vary depending upon the nature of the requested chalk art.
We ship via UPS or FedEx (upon request), depending on destination and artwork size.
Yes. Tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available from the carrier.
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
All items ship out of the Metro-Atlanta area.
Damages, Returns, & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Original and custom chalk art pieces are non‑returnable.
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but variations are normal with handmade artwork.
Prints and merchandise in their original condition may be returned. Custom commissions, original chalk artwork artworks, digital downloads, and sale items cannot be returned.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Ordering & Payments
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods processed through trusted third‑party providers.
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Orders may be canceled due to inaccurate billing information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited product availability. You will be notified if this occurs.

No, not at this time. We are open to specific requests for custom commissioned chalk art but this is currently not available.
