ABOUT THE ARTIST

Aaron W. Norford is a Metro Atlanta-based chalk artist who desires to bring chalk art and design to everyone to enjoy.  This self-trained artist originally began sculpting with the medium of food during his extensive career in the specialty food industry and has even been certified by the American Cheese Society.  He now uses the highest quality porcelain and slate chalkboards along with chalk and chalk markers to create large pointillistic and mixed-media works that capture the beauty of the world in hopes of “making the world a better place than the one we found.”
