Shipping Statement
Every piece of work created at A. Norford Canvas Company is packaged with the best materials to ensure the optimum protection during shipping. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Tracking links will be provided as soon as they are available from the shipper.
If something isn’t quite right when your piece arrives, please reach out within 14 days and we will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. We are happy to accommodate refunds for shipping damages or mishaps whenever possible.
Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Original artworks may require additional handling time, to ensure safe packaging and delivery.
Shipping methods: We ship via UPS or FedEx (upon request) depending on destination and the artwork’s size. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
International shipping: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging: All artwork is packaged using archival materials and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist with a refund.
Return & Refund Policy
Return window: Returns are accepted within 48 hours for damage claims in accordance with the Damaged Shipments policy cited above and, 14 days of delivery for all other eligible items. Please note that this does not apply to original or custom pieces.
Eligible items: Prints and merchandise may be returned in their original condition. Custom commissions and original pieces are non‑refundable.
Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or is the incorrect print, merchandise, or original artwork.
Refund process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non‑returnable items: Sale items, digital downloads, and custom and original artwork cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Exchanges are offered for prints and merchandise if the requested item is in stock.
